We needed new carpet for our home and started shopping for quality and price. We got at least 6 estimates from different carpet companies. (I am a SHOPPER) Brandi carpet and Chris Brown had by far the best price on the carpet we wanted. We then asked Chris for references or flooring reviews from his past customers. I was amazed at the rave of flooring reviews the customers provided regarding price and service! We had them install our carpet and now want to recommend Chris and his business to anyone who wants flooring. They are honest, (they did what they promised plus more) caring, fast and efficient. Our neighbors have already bought carpet from them on our recommendation.
Our tile installation was completed yesterday and we are very pleased with how it turned out. The guys doing the job were very professional and did an outstanding job!! They were at the house every day before we left for work and were still there when we got home. Before they left each day they cleaned up, which was great and we didn’t feel like we were living in a construction zone. We have 2 small children so was nice to not have to run around to pick stuff up that could cause them harm.The process of buying the tile to the end result was very smooth. Since the tile was such a success we are now thinking about re-carpeting the rest of the house. When we do we will be going with Brandi Carpet! We will be telling everyone we know about how much we love our new floors will recommend they go with Brandi!

I am very happy with my new flooring! I had carpet replaced in 3 large rooms and our master bathroom re-tiled with travertine. This family-owned business performed well at every step: prompt and thorough estimate (that did not change), speedy delivery of product and attention to detail with the actual floor laying. Brandi Carpet met all three our requirements: great selection, great price and great service. Chris Brown met my wife at our house for an in-home estimate while I was away at work. My wife found two particular styles she liked, but wanted me to agree with what she picked. Not only did Chris take photos of the carpet and email them to us, he sent a representative (Justin) to my office to show me the two samples. Now, that’s customer service! As far as price – great price (Brandi price matched our lowest estimate) with no gimmicks. Bottom line – Brandi Carpet is a honest, hard working, customer focused business and we appreciate that.
Got quick, friendly estimates on 3 options for recovering 3 rooms with tile or wood. We selected our preferred option (tile installation including carpet removal in two rooms and tile removal in the third) and Jesse got it done beautifully, on time, and on budget. My wife and I had these folks out to bid on and ultimately install new carpet in a short sale property that we bought. The process was painless and the cost was very reasonable. I had Brandi Carpets do most of my floors in July 2009. (Even with their great prices, I couldn’t afford to do them all at once.) I finally saved up enough for the last room and they just finished it. Between laminate, carpet and two installations of ceramic tile, I’ve met a variety of their workers. All were professional, talented, hard working and provided EXCELLENT service. I would definitely use them again and heartily recommend them.

They did a great job from start to finish. I was working on a short time table to get new carpet in a rental and Chris kindly agreed to meet with me after work on the same day I called! He had great advice for me and gave me an estimate on the spot.
They got the carpet installed in on time (1-week!). It looks great and the installer (Buddy) was easy to work with. He even fixed some closet door guides in the process! They even found a more efficient way to lay the carpet in an odd-shaped room and charged less than the initial estimate! Even with specials, the big-box stores can’t compete on price or service. We’ll definitely call Brandi Carpet the next time we need flooring!

I’ve used Brandi Carpet for the past 15 years (and four houses). Always dependable, reliable and cost effective. They show up on time, get the job done quickly, and go the extra mile. I asked that the cable for the t.v. be placed beneath carpet (it had been installed on top of the carpet, along three walls and was an eyesore). Buddy, the carpet installer, took the time to cut the carpet pad so that the cable could run directly across the room under the carpet and not be seen or felt when walking on the carpet. It’s that extra care that makes Brandi Carpet so special.

Went to local warehouse and after getting quote had them come out and measure ($50) the quote came back 40% higher and wanted 3-4 weeks lead time! Brandi’s carpet came and installed carpeting in 3 of our bedrooms and we wanted an economical but nice option. They had a ton of carpet options, and the installer was extremely profession and very flexible in working with us. We were painting our rooms prior and he even made agreement to come back the following day on our appt to finish up the last bedroom. Talk about service – I don’t remember the last time I was this pleased with a service company.
